about Rielle

Hello!
I am Rielle, the owner and creator of Rielle Events, LLC. I’m an event producer with over 10 years of professional experience. My journey and love for event planning began at the tender age of 8 years old when I prepared my first 5-course dinner for my family. A summer evening full of laughter, stories and love. In the years that followed, I began to build a name among friends and clients for my ability to plan truly engaging and beautiful events. I enjoyed finding unorthodox ways to draw in even the most bashful guest so that everyone felt included in the unique experience and memories.
At Wellesley College I studied International Relations and Sociology, with Mandarin as my second language. From executing embassy events to state department programs, I’ve utilized my educational background to provide diverse, specially tailored experiences.
My approach to events blends together the art of hosting, brand identity, marketing and purpose painting a personalized experience that resonates with guests. That’s why our events boast a significantly higher return on investment versus our competitors.
My passion is collaborating with clients to create elevated events that impress lifelong memories and iconize the client’s brand and purpose. I specialize in corporate dinners, summits, conferences, virtual events, and nonprofit fundraisers.

I had the privilege of having Rielle as my production coordinator for a social shoot for Ford. It was a 2 day shoot that included 10 locations, 11 talent, and 3 vehicles we worked very closely together while dividing and conquering. She exudes leadership, thinks fast on her feet and is solution oriented. She was task driven, thorough and infectiously positive. This production was a quick turn (2 weeks pre-pro) and she took ownership while making what felt like the impossible a reality for our client. I recommend Rielle for production or event work that requires a thoughtful, big picture thinker and team builder with an unstoppable approach.
